The reasons for beginning the journey are many. Success is measured differently, and individually, for each of my clients. For some, it’s about managing a serious health condition, alleviating digestive issues, or addressing the impact of toxic food elements. Others are more focused on changing habits to effect sustained weight loss, confronting emotional eating, and improving their relationship with food.

The Fat Loss Food Freedom Lifestyle Program is a 6-month comprehensive online nutrition and lifestyle program to create your sustainable health, and happiness balance. This program teaches you about self-discovery and how to overcome food addictions, and provides science-backed nutrition and habit change practices to transform your long-term health.

It includes a custom food plan tailored to your individual needs, goals and lifestyle, weekly check-in’s, and includes the ongoing support of the program’s architect, me, Kelly Carter – your own personal nutrition coach, and most committed cheerleader.

I work side-by-side with my clients to help each of them define their own unique vision of a healthy life and body and to realize why they are committing themselves to a positive transformation.

Not every one of my clients has the same goals, but every client gets their own customized roadmap to success. I don’t just show you the road. I will walk every step with you because my mission is for your health success to be measured over a lifetime, rather than in days or months.

After completing an application form - that includes your current lifestyle habits, food habits, and a food log - as a new client, you’ll begin with an initial one hour consultation.

You’ll receive a personalized meal plan tailored to your specific needs & desires- gluten free, paleo, vegan, allergy free, etc. You will also receive a breakdown of all macronutrients & food categories to help you develop a better understanding for future meal planning.

After our initial consultation I will continue to support you with a 15-minute weekly coaching call. As well, I will be available to you via text or email whenever you need additional help.

Initial Consultation

This is where the magic begins!

During our initial 60-minute consultation session we discuss your vision of health, review dietary restrictions and intolerances, discuss your short and long term goals, and review your food log.

I know, I know...people hate doing food logs, but whether you're working with me or not, you need to take an honest look at what you’re eating before you can truly make a change, and knowing and understanding exactly how and what you’re eating will help inform the nature of the bespoke meal plan that we will build together.

And don’t worry, when you work with me you enter the NO JUDGEMENT ZONE. I make it my policy not to cancel your food enjoyment. Enjoying a glass of wine, or a girls night out can still fit into your unique healthy lifestyle plan.

Throughout my program, I will remain current with you and in your life. If you have a vacation, a wedding, or an event on the horizon, I will coach you every step of the way, so that you won’t feel like you’re missing out.

This initial consultation will lay the framework for the months ahead. It will get you motivated, excited, and feeling amazing!

Your Progress Matters

Weekly Check-In’s

Once we get started on this journey together, you won’t just receive a meal plan and be on your way. And...don’t worry, you won’t be burdened with the obligation to buy branded food products or expensive, pre-prepared meals.

One week after your initial Consultation and your first week of action, you’re ready for your first follow-up. This is a scheduled weekly appointment that can be done by phone or via video chat.

I schedule weekly check-ins with all my clients, making any necessary adjustments, combating all obstacles, and furthering your education; ensuring that you have a plan in place that works for you.

Each week, we will review what went well and what didn’t go so well, and then make minor tweaks and changes along the way. Our weekly check-in also allows us to set new goals - what I like to refer to as new and exciting challenges for the week!

My approach is exclusive, and I only work with a limited number of clients at any given time. As a result, my clients receive the personal attention they deserve and need.

I am 100% committed to working with each of my clients on a one-on-one basis for the duration of their program. Not only do we have our weekly check-in scheduled, but I am also available daily via email and text if necessary.

I will be there for you in times of crisis, and I will coach you through, around, or over any obstacles that get in the way of your journey to a healthy, happy, and amazing new you!
